Vice President, Mission Integration Looking for individual to provide strategic leadership in integrating Via Christi’s Catholic identity and its Mission and Core Values into the policies and processes of the organization and the decisions and behavior of its personnel.
Individual must possess a Masters degree in theology, ethics, or related field, or a commitment to complete such degree within five years. Candidate must demonstrate working knowledge in Catholic theology, including the areas of: Scripture, Catholic social teaching, ecclesiology, sacraments, healthcare as ministry, moral theology as applied to organizational and clinical issues; Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Healthcare Services, canon law pertinent to health care. Must also have a working knowledge of health care operations and financing.
